Installation Terms & Conditions:

Our fast, efficient installation team will deliver and fit your garden building or wooden
playhouse, subject to the following conditions: -

* Customers are encouraged to accept their first offered delivery date as stock
availability and alternative delivery dates cannot be guaranteed at all times.
* There will be a 14 day lead time for installations. In exceptional and
unavoidable circumstances, these periods may be extended.
* Installations are normally carried out weekdays only, typically between the
hours of 8.00am and 4.00pm. The Shed Factory will endeavour to give you a
more accurate delivery time prior to your confirmed delivery date.
* You do not have to be present at time of fitting; however, we would require
permission to deliver in your absence and detailed instruction of your fitting
requirements. Please send details to john@shedfactoryni.com
* It is essential that a Firm and Level base be in place before installation can
take place - failure to provide this, in the opinion of the professional installation
team, will result in the installation being aborted with a re-visit charge being
required to be paid by the customer should another appointment have to be made.
* It is the responsibility of the customer to provide free and unobstructed access for
product delivery and entry to the fitting site. Any failed, abortive or return delivery
charges shall be recovered from the customer at cost. The Shed Factory will not
bear any abortive costs arising from the customer due to a failed delivery
* It is essential that the base whereby the installation is required to take place is
clear and easily accessible with sufficient working space around all sides before the
install team arrives. Failure to provide a cleared base with reasonable working
space will result in the installation being aborted with a re-visit charge being
required to be paid by the customer should another appointment have to be made.
* Our Installation team will deliver and install your chosen garden building ONLY,
please do not ask them to Install any additional extras as these will NOT be
fitted or applied unless specifically stated and paid for prior to Installation date.
* It is essential that you fully check your garden building immediately upon Installation to ensure that all components, parts and fixings are present and correct,
and in the event that you are in any way dissatisfied with your garden building or
installation you must ring the Shed Factory (028 90 616868) to advise of this.
